50 lbs???? what the ***???? how fat are you bro? hahaha alright umm.. my bro is huge into wieght lifting and stuff and he said cardio is the best way to go, or eat lost of protien and turn all that into muscle
eat your body wieght in protien grams (ex... u wiegh 150lbs.. eat 150g protien) a day and work out like a *****.... then boom... you can be the rock

Take 8mg ephedrine, 200mg caffine, 81mg ASA 10 min prior to HEAVY cardio. Increase pills to twice/day for week 2 and double the ephedrine for week 3. Then take a few weeks off. Take after meal, drink lots of water and don't take pills after 6pm. Eat less carbs and fat (don't cut out completely). Take in 1.5g of protien/lbs of LEAN body weight/day. I'm sure people are gonna flame this method... but I lost 16bs of fat in two week prior to going on vacation. Had my body fat % under 7%. How much do you weigh now?? 50 lbs is a lot of weight to lose. Bottom line is that you definately need cardio, not just walking, enough to make you sweat on your back chest and wrist. Whenever I start to sweat on my wrists, i know my heart rate and body temp it good for burning fat. Good luck.

charles i know i am worried "Mi Anoconda Nah Longa" too if i work out too hard. LOL

the problem is that i basially get up at 7 and go to work at stay there till anywhere from 7 to even 10 pm in the afternoon. so even if i had the will power i wont have the strength or energy to spare an hour out of my schedule.

what about replacing alot of my snacks with fruits does that help in any way? also if it does what fruits are the best? or is it strictly a taste prefrance?

what about the atkins diet? jason (gatherer) was telling me it works a little tooo well.

promoking: dude u havent seen me in a while then. i blew up hehe

i weigh 220. its super wierd tho. i have skinny arms and legs but my belly has blown up in size big time and now the effects are moving up to my face cuz i am beginning to notice more fatty cheeks, and i am gettin fat under my chin (double chin effect in its early stages) and i SOOO do not want it.

i look normal in terms of appearance except for my belly but my weight is caught be off guard cuz i look like i way 180 max

everyone is saying cardio.
i am wondering which is the best way? use the machine and set it on a high speed and do the cardio that way or actually around around till my can taste blood in my mouth?

The best fat burning cardio is HIIT

Interval training...

all other forms of cardio burn muscle as well instead of only fat

Proof: Compare the body of an olympic sprinter who runs and trains in short intervals compared to that of an olympic marathon runner who runs long distances over a long period of time.

I suggest you don't recommend ECA to people. For all you know the guy could have high blood pressure or heart problems and die from it.

ECA isn't something you take because someone told you to. You better do your research if you wanna go that route.


As for the diet, carbs are not your enemy. Too many of the wrong kind are. Example: instead of eating a lot of fruits which containt a ****load of natural sugars, try eating more green vegetables, etc. Get your carb sources from COMPLEX CARBS, not SIMPLE CARBS. Potatoes, rice, broccoli, celery, that kinda ****.

You may also want to look into buying some whey protein (no, protein does not make you fat for whatever stupid person is going to make that comment).

I completely agree, if your eating crap still, its going to a lot harder. Try to cut down the refined sugars, cut out the really fatty foods (no more mcdonalds, or atleast not hambergers). Lots of fruits and vegetables, try and reduce the red meat intake, compensate with fish and chicken.

And like shlammed said, if your exercising carbs are king (the complex ones, not the simple ones that come from refined sugars and stuff)...
