all you need is excersize man.
two years back, i lost 20 lbs in 2 months with absolutely no dieting whatsoever.
i ate beef chown mein, and all associates foods, drank all the beer i wanted, all the burgers and fries, and i still consistently lost weight and felt healthier.
the more excersize you do, the better, this is provided you get proper sleep though.
i went kickboxing 2 times a week @ 2 hours per class, went on 30 minute casual jogs 4 times a week, and played basketball twice a week.
that's it man. you have to make time for your health. i had forgotten.. gotten lazy.. and have been back on track (not that much though) for the last few months.. once you're in the zone.. it gets easier to keep up.

become an olympic gymnist... they'll whip you in shape.
no alcohol, no pop,... and bland, tasteless food.
hahah... actually FOR REAL... you need exercise AND you should pick up a cookbook for diabetics. diabetics have to control their blood sugar by eating right, so if you do the same, your fat stores will respond positively while keeping a good healthy nuitritional balance.

Good idea.. I need to lose weight and tone too
I got a diet plan that doctors use for heart patients before they need surgery and need to drop a few pounds.. its fast and effective. 50Ilbs is a lot though so it might take a little more than the diet. Definitely try cardio it is good not only for weight loss but also for your overall health. Weights are a good idea too and they don't take long... but careful you don't over do it all at once.

go curl some beers.... im pretty sure thats how cynical works out
honestly though... ive yet to see a diet truly work how someone wanted it too, most people diet and dont excercise thinking they dont need to. even if you only excecise for 15-20... a little is better than none

One summer I worked construction at my Cottage. Got into shape, got a great tan, and got paid for it.
But now that I have a normal job, I just don't eat any CRAP and I try not to over eat. Then i just get exercise when I can. So far I've probably lost 10 lbs since christmas and I only start exerciseing a week ago. So it was mostly just eating a bit less and not eating any of the bad stuff.

Besides that **** is illegal.. and it will make u even fatter if you dont work out and drink a SH|T load of water.
