I haven't done this but have wanted to for a long time. Let me know how it goes!
Where do you keep the wine to ferment? I would hate to have to take it home and find somewhere to keep it before bottling! LOL

Wine, beer, different varieties of both, always at home.

My Dad owns two make your own wine/beer places, thats now really the only wine I'll drink is the stuff I make or he makes. It's a lot better for you. Let me know if you have any questions Bruce I'll be more than happy to help.

We made our own red wine and red ice wine recently and are waiting to pick them up. The place is in Richmond Hill.

The bottles are 7 cents extra, so didn't make sense for me to collect bottles from LCBO. The grapes I used are Rosso (mixed of varies types) and from personal taste, I like it more than Merlot, Cabernet or Shiraz.

Price works out to roughly 6 to 7 dollars per bottle. We are getting 30 bottles each for red wine and red ice wine.

I want to try beer next time, really like to make one that tastes like Leffe.
