who had control of the building?? was it leased out by Molson to someone else, or did Molson still have control of the building. By Windsor bylaws the owner of the property is responsible for what goes on inside... that's why I was hesitant about renting my house out.

the dude that bought the property from Moslon's rented it to some dudes that claimed they wanted to use the boilers as fish farms....
the owner who didn't want to remove the roof to get the huge tanks out gladly rented to them....
every time the owner went by to check up on the place he didn't notice the smell and didn't ever look in the tanks.....
at least thast the way it was told int eh paper

All the rest of the companies in there (even a seperate trucking company), didn't even know what was happing.
I feel sorry for the rest of the businesses in there, because the cops supposedly seized ALL of the property. So even the innocent bystanders that were doing business in the same building, but had nothing to do with the weed growers, had thier property confiscated as well.

PULOVR the story I read was in the paper and was about a fish farming business .... yes I knwo there were other companies there, however the tanks which were used to gorw the pot were rented by some people that wanted to farm fish in them .... the reason the owner agreed to rent it to them is he didn't want to pay to have the roof removed, the tanks lifted out, then the roof replaced.... I believe the story was in the star.

Well, the Star was wrong. City TV and CFTO had the story I heard.
You already know that the Star has "other" agendas.......do I need to remind you on their biased views they have of our sport compact hobby?
That's why I don't believe a single word from their paper.
