acting, cgi, bullet-time, explosion, boring pseudo-spiritual philosophy,
cgi, wire-fight, bullet-time, bad acting, cgi, cgi, cgi, explosion,
wire-fight, bullet-time, bullet-time, more pointless pseudo-spiritual
philosophy, cgi, over acting, lame attempt to wrap up the trilogy, big cgi
explosions with bullet-time wire-fights and trinity's *****. the end.

I saw the movie.. it was the biggest disappointment i've ever had. I didn't expect the W bros to go this way with the movie. The first movie was brilliant and filled with so deep philosophical meaning and messages. The first movie could be interpreted in so many different ways. But as this franchise started to grow they dithered away from that and now its turned into basically an action movie with 300 million dollar budget for CGI. This movie was just a straight out action movie.. with really bad acting and little to no story line. The ending was the worst and least it had a little bit of a twist or whatever you want to call it .. but it was the only thing worth watching in the 130 mins that the movie ran for. There's only one thing that i liked about this movie and that was that they expanded from Reloaded with the Smith/Neo theory. I.E Smith being Neo's exact opposite, a negative and a positive, if Neo was the One and meant to save Zion. Then Smith would be the One (which can be said that he was one of the previous 6 predecessors.. seeing as how he knew exactly what would happen and how it was to happen) who was meant to destroy the Matrix / Real world.
If you are a serious fan of the philosophical and scientific side of the whole Matrix story you will be incredibly dissapointed. I even stayed after the credits (like for reloaded) in hopes for something to win me back but no.. I would never pay to watch the movie again.

i didn't find it that bad 666, to me it seemed like it had way more philosophical meaning than the 2nd one, and tied everythign back together... well as well as it could i supposed with still leaving an option out there....

the whole oracle/architect thing was pretty enlightening, the equation and how it has to stay in balance makes sense and i thought it was pretty cool how neo had to strike a deal with the machines.... over all i was quite impressed, considering the 2nd one wasn't that good at all... it was all about CG but so was the first one... might seem like more now cuz they've built on technology they developed for the first one so it comes easier to them... i'd honestly go see it again...

the movie was manufactured by a bunch of middle age sitcom pilot screenwriters(I know it says the W bros wrote it), millions of Joel Silver's dollars, overzealous CGI companies around the world trying to get their fingers in the money pie, and the intent to make alot of dinero.

like 666 said. If you watch the Matrix and then the other two, there were no consequential artistic elements. Not a one.

The Sci Fi was good........yeah......

As for the cheesy lines and script, well, watch "Bound", and you'll agree with me that the Wachowski's had nothing to do with "kiss me before I die" lines.

The movie is a movie. That is all. I can't stand kids laughing and making kissing noises during cheesy moments. Afterwards they say the movie is ****, the worst movie ever. Gimme a break and grow up, it was a movie. What would you have em do? Uh nothing? I so enjoyed Glitter and Freddy got fingered better than the matrix! Those people just don't understand. Everyone's a fukin critic. So be it.

The Matrix shoulda been left alone. But in Hollywood, it's all about the money. And so the story goes....

no sequels. just an online game with Niobe(whom I dread about the matrix franchise) that will carry on the story(controlled again by who knows what).

I still vote The Matrix 1 as my fav movie in that genre.

That movie was a piece of ****.

It was so canned, and everything tried to be so deeply meaningful that it was absolutely meaningless.

I liked daredevil better... and that was crap!

Definately JSK DISAPPROVED!!!
