Well I went in and talked to the manager, and her reply was "Well if your burger was bad, why didnt you drive back and get a new one? " I was just about to punch that lady in the face

I said to her, "why should I drive back just because one of your employees screwed up, just give me fresh food that I originally paid for. And no, I wasn't about to drive back, it was 1 in the morning."

so anyways I got my free meal and I told her happily after I got the meal that I am never eating at her restaurant again lol

dont take a free meal man... get your money back... then they will know you actually wont be eating there ever again.... or send a letter to the regional manager... then you'll get something nice.. that is one positive to saving your receipt

Why do you guys super size your meals?

When I eat there, I just ask for a combo, with small fries and a small drink. You get free refills, so a med/large/super size drink is a waste of money.

Also, next time you go there with a friend, one of you order a small fries and drink with your combo, and the other order a super size combo. You'll see that you DON'T get that much more fries than you do in a small fries.

Think about it......ALL the combo's come with med fries and med drink........if you get the smalll and small, the overall prices is CHEAPER.

(the good thing about ordering a smalll and small is......sometimes they forget, and you still get a medium and medium. Either way, you save money.

Super size is just a waste of money if you ask me.

For the price you pay for a supersize fries, you're better off getting a small with your combo, and then getting another small fries on the side.
