why would it cost for to test on these humans?

just detach their brain stem or shatter their spine.

you can save money on cages.

Madical Knowledge has always made leaps and bounds when human experimentation is widely accepted .. WWII is a prime example of this the knowledge that the Germans and Japanese gathered from medical experiments on the Jewish and Chinese prisoners advanced medince in leaps and bounds during those years.

Was it wrong? yes there's no Denying that. was it sucessful in unlocking knowledge? yes it was.

human experimentation on criminals that will not be able to reintergrate into society is a great way for the USA to reduce the prison population while advancing a good cause. should it be tightly controlled? sure it should should the controllers be watched you bet. but who is going to watch the watchers to ensure this doesn't get out of hand

people are wrongly convikted also so they may be inorcent


and thats a part of the new pitbull ban it just shows how ****ed up that guy is o yea u have a pitbull i want it medikaly tested on if it dosent wear a muzzel like wtf
