Just stroll down Cresent street, it's end to end bars. Old Montreal is good for sight seeing as well as Mont Royal. Bar B barn is great if you love ribs, they are huge in Montreal. Restaurants on St Laurent allow you to bring your own wine and is pretty nice as well. Almost any place that sells smoke meat is good but Schwartz is the best. Want good fast food? Try Lafleurs or any corner french fry shop. Do not do the Pizza Pizza, try one of the non franchise Pizza places, trust me, you will never enjoy the pizza's here in Toronto again.

If you are going with the girlfriend, take one of the horse and carriage rides into old Montreal.

Casse Croute is all you need to know for breakfest it was $8 for what was called a grand slam. that was 3 pancakes, 3 sausages, 3 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs, with toast and coffee or tea. ate there every morning that i was in montreal. it's a little hole in the wall but is amazing!

foufounes electriques at st catherine and st laurent

it's the best place on earth. i went last weekend, and we made a new guideline.

from now on, everynight in montreal (usually friday and saturday) we go to foufs.

$1.75 beers. the atmosphere/crowd is the best on earth. most people are punk.. it's a good time.

last saturday they played a little too much reggaeton and hiphop to my liking (i go there for the rock) but it was still a good night. I like some hiphop and i think reggaeton is garbage.

I think this weekend is when the smoking ban comes into effect, I dont know how many places are gonna follow these rules but yea...no smoking inside bars, clubs, restaurants etc

calling foufs a gay bar deeply offends me, i hope you get pulled over and get lots of uneccessary tickets.

foufs feels like home when i walk in. i get hit by a waft of comfort

is that in quebec? because i know that on the 31st in ontario designated smoking rooms are no longer allowed, along with no smoking in underground parking and sheltered patios

i drive to montreal a few times a year just to go there.

we don't buy rounds, we buy two-fours.

i prefer fridays, but saturday was still alright.

this is a pic from saturday.

we started asking for the box, i can't believe none of us ever thought of just asking before instead of carrying them in small groups to the table.

i've been going to foufs a few times a year for over 5 years now. at one point, i used to go once a month.

it's my people.

i'm the skinhead in the middle.
