You would go to jail for it. You were participating in an illegal street race and you would be responsible for it. In any of the street racing incidents that have resulted in a death in the GTA in the past few years, the other driving has gone to jail for it or had serious charges still against them.

My original point was to show that if you street race and someone dies as a result, you will be held accountable. If the Porsche had crashed, the guy on the bike still would get the jail time. Maybe not as much, but a cop did die and in the USA they take that very seriously.
