movies from pacific mall

Sometimes, you get the "still playing movies" on DVD but it is the "test version" or versions from Russia or whatever. The movie would go black & white for about 2 minutes then back to colour and will display "For testing only" across the screen once in a while. These are clear version, aside from the colour change.
If you buy the ones that are released for authentic DVD, then they are direct copy, clear version.
At any rate, DVD-9 has the most decent quality. And you can also judge by the cover, cheap printed paper vs. hard cover flat box version.

that's more efficient use of resources rather than waiting for someone to do 10KM or more on a road and pull them over.
the guy can hit oriental centre as well for another few thousand.
if there are 4 places in pac mall, and one place at oriental centre at brimley and sheppard, that's $25,000.
Even sending in someone once a week, and someone different every week, would do wonders for the police dept's budget.

spending 2 hours learning how to do it (well, 15 minutes for most) will save you a tremendous amount of time travelling and parking at specific mall.
