Ok let me do the math here.. You go and get a 1991 ef , paint it up and put some wheels on it, add some audio equipment then swap in a teg motor, some side marker lights, and now your car is suddenly worth 8 grand? All you are doing here is advertising what you have in your car! And like I said before - thats attention you dont need.

Just cause you have a person appraise your car doesnt mean its worth that amount. If my honda got wrecked I would go and buy another $3500.00 used civic. They are just econo boxes after all.

And you dont seem to listen, have yo ever deal with a insurance company after your car has been written off, or have you ever used the appraisel company that I do? No I dont think so, you dont know crap all so shut your mouth, and wtf do you even know about my car? Nothing you idiot, yeah I just "Added some sidemarkers", yeah that and the rest of the JDM SiR front end dumbass, plus the car has close 3500 in body work alone, and not a maco job either, im not even going to get into all the other crap thats been added to it because im sure you wont care anyway. Dont assume that because your older then me that you know everything and that you are therefore wiser. You obviously havent put the same time and money into your car that I have into mine from what I can see so maybe you dont give a damn about your car but some of us out there do have alot more into our cars then the naked I can see and to ensure we get back the entire worth of the car appraising it is the only way to go. I dont know how to make you understand this but the point of an appraisal each year is to get an up to date value of the car which the insurance company MUST pay out on should the car every be stolen or damaged beyond repair, it also covers me if the car is simply broken into and all the take is the stereo because the system and other mods are appraised seperate from the car as well.

Wow, you get excited, I looked at your car domain site which details all the crap you put into your car. I just feel bad you dumped that much time and money in a car that really isnt worth much. I understand we are all car people here but.

Ive come to realize that no matter what we do to these cars they are not worth much. Spoon or not spoon, Jdm or not - Its a lost litre.

Again your just being a person who is getting excited over someone elses opinion, and infact your responses make me laugh.

[-] I really dont understand why people like you come one a site geared towards civic enthusiasts when you clearly are no longer one yourself, if all you focus is money then of course putting money into a car is a bad idea, they are the biggest money pits ever. However I get massive amounts of enjoyment out of my car so spending the money doesnt bother me and I dont even think about it. If you have reached that stage in your life where cars are just a big waste of money then why do you even come on this site anymore, and more importantly why do you come on here to dump on othe people? Dont feel bad for me because of all the money I put into my ride because I have a great time with it, feel bad for youself because you dont get to have as much fun as I do for whatever your own reasons are.

Well its nice to see your tone has calmed down. But the fact of the matter is, my $3500 civic still gives me the same enjoyment of that of your $8000 civic. If you wanna blow your money on a $3500 paintjob well thats your problem. I would rather see the car perform then look perfect.

I am on this site because i own a cheap honda civic just like almost everyother person here, We are all driving cheap cars - theres nothing expensive about them, How many for sale posts does it take to figure the real value of a modded car?

DO you remember in my first post I said IMO - for some unknown reason you can seem to understand that or even look beyond that.

Anyways whatever you wanna do to your car is fine, But your lieing saying you dont drawn negative attention to yourself pumping the tunes.
