Name This Font.

Anyone know what font this is? I thought it was "planet n" or something similar, but I can't get anything close enough to match it. My buddy sent it to me figuring that I could get it... but I'm stuck. With over 2000 fonts installed on my computer, I can't get a match.

Better uninstall those fonts fromt your system, it'll slow down your computer...

that font is called BoomBox btw

!

I'm running a PIII 800 with Voodoo5 and 384MG PC133... haven't had a problem yet.

Voodoo5? LOL I didn't think they made Voodoo drivers anymore...

Well, 3DFX is out of business, but there are a lot of drivers still available. When Quake3 was released, there were several updates going around the 'net to better support 3DFX. It works fine for me now, but I'm sure I'll have to upgrade soon....

Almost a year ago now I upgraded my system completely..

PC2100 ram, AMD 1.33 (OC'd to 1.5) fans coming out the wazzo, dual 15 gig hard drives, 50 speed cd rom, Soundblaster XGamer 5.1 blah blah blah and a GeForce3... NOW they have the GeForce4 and some of the new Q3F maps that people have been playing even slow THOSE things down..

I can play normal Q3F at like 90FPS with ALL the bells and whistles turned on.

I would wait for the NEW version of video cards to come out..

nVidia is supposed to be releasing something big and the GeForce line dies with the 4s cause this new stuff is all new architecture etc.

Well, I'm in no hurry to upgrade. My new toy will be here in 10 days, so computer games will be the way of the past.

Xbox? Whatcha gettin?

I had thought about getting Xbox after my buddy bought one but after renting the Xbox myself and beating Halo in just under 8 hrs of playing time I am a lil disappointed however the graphics were cool and playing 3 man Halo was a BLAST!!

Guilty as charged. Yes, I was talking about my new car. I'm not much of a gamer anyway, and especially consoles... I have no time for them. Too expensive. However, I think this new toy (i.e. 2002 Civic Si) will also be a very expensive hobby.... but hey, it's worth it....
