Don't bother bro, stay away. With all the **** she's done, she cannot be trusted. You don't change at age of 18. You say you do yet you stay the same.

listen...nobody knows her except you. look at the comments you get from your colleagues...hit it and quit it. sometimes people just need someone to have faith in them in order to flourish, this may be the case. i give you support in this decision as long as your eyes are wide open and you dont have lost puppy syndrome.
love is a STRANGE thing and the pursuit of love can be more strange than love itself but if you find love in the end then the journey is worth it. i have been married for 16 years and have seen it ALL...its hard as hell and will make blood shoot out of your eye ***** sometimes but love is something we need and it comes in all different forms so if your heart says take the risk...i say do it with cautious optimism...what do you have to lose? better yet you may have love to gain.

i partly agree with everyone here it seems like a rough situation. just tell her she has to live with her sister for a while and see what happens..if things work out between you guys than its fine but if not than at least she isn't living with you... and not all young girls are the same I'm 24 turning 25 and my girl is 20 and i've been with her for the last 4 years...sure things get a lil rough at times but what relationships don't? just be smart about what your doing

With the details you put in your post, no sane person is going to tell you that your odds of happiness are good with this girl.
The best you can hope for is a romantic like Leitner to tell you it could all work out, which it could. In other news, I bought a lottery ticket so I could be a millionaire.
