Need Help To Get Rid Of Pop Ups

I run Ad Aware, Spybot and have a pop up killer, but I still get the odd pop up!
I noticed, however, that all the pop ups that do get through have no title, and at the bottom of each they say "This ad is not affiliated with the web page you are viewing" (or something to that effect). Anyone know if any specific spyware app makes these things pop up?
