I need to think of a new invention that actually makes sense, and I can explain the technicality of how it works. I have been trying to think of something for hours on end and I am stumped. The only two things I can think of are:

1. Toilet Night Light
-when the toilet seat opens, the light is switched on
-stops men from pissing all over the seat
-won't need to turn on the light and wake people up

2. Pet Business Pouch
-basically a pouch you strap underneath your dog or cat
-they can pee/poop in it
-can be replaced with another disposable pouch
-great for days you need to go away and don't want to put your pet in a kennel
-great for young animals who aren't trained yet



Any ideas would be appreciated, it's due tomorrow!

Just thought of an awesome one.
Do you ever come home from a long day of work and sit down to watch a bit of T.V? You find your comfortable spot on the couch, and what do you know, you can't find the remote!

I think they should create a T.V that has a "page" button on it, so you can locate your remote whenever you want. You simply push the "page" button on the T.V and the remote starts beeping (caused by the battery) and you can just listen for the sound and find it easily. This is similar to the function on some cordless phone where the docking station has a button on it so you can locate the actual phone.

Now, I just need a good name for this, any ideas??
I thought of Pageasonic (kinda like Panasonic) but it's not original enough and the spelling looks kind of weird

I would say a remote control that had a "page" button like a phone, so you can find it if ya lose it.

Let me guess you're in 1st yr marketing? reminds me of 1st yr...

lol starting right on time eh? well if it's marketing you shouldn't have a problem with the pageasonic! lol it's all about how you sell it, the benefits are there!

now would you find a way to sell it with tv's as a universal remote? what other features/promotional offers would you to do penetrate the market cuz there are millions of remotes out there....

honestly.... the paging remot is one thing but another is finding a better way....VOICE ACTIVATION i did this in my audio video setup and i can show you how..it's VERY simple

just say channel up and it changes...say a number and then VOILA your on that channel...

everyone that had seen it was shocked and it's it's somthing that anyone with a computer and a tv can do by picking up a ir reciver/sender and a voice kit and a mic.

intrested...

i promise an A+ if you put the work in on that one....

Well my idea was a remote controlled car that had a laser and a paintball gun. The point of this was to eliminate enemies without them knowing or seeing you coming. You would be able to move the barrel of the gun and move the car where ever you wanted. We had to make a scale model of this. So I got an old RC car, my paintball gun, some gidgets here and there. We then covered it with leaves, netting, everything u can think of, and it was camoflauged (SP?) We were able to demonstrate for the class how it was able to move around the whole class, aim and point the laser (barrel), and we actually shot the gun off once, but that was it cuz people in other classes were screaming :P


It was pretty cool, the teacher thought it was a cool idea as well. We also said that we had a higher model that came equipped with a video camera that showed where you were moving on the remote control. It was really fun to do and turned out awsome. The teacher kept our product and is now showing all of his classes.

so what did you end up doing?

Alex, ya school sux for the time being, but it's far better than what awaits you afterwards, I'm sure you know. The only thing that makes up for it is the $$$, but even the novelty of money will wear off once bills start rolling in.

I ended up using Martin's idea of the voice activated T.V, I hope you didn't have it copyrighted

I've already planned it out and stuff, but there are some flaws.
If two people are fighting over watching their shows it is really easy to **** the other person off. All you have to do is keep saying channel up, or channel down while the person is watching their show, and there are bound to be some fights, lol.

I didn't mention that in my layout, and I hope the teacher won't pick up on it.
I think I had the most "realistic" idea in the class.

isnt that great? But I know someone will come out with that in a few years,

it will be like a carstar ALL in one, and if u want to start ur car just simply dial a number and enter ur password (password so incase u lose ur fone) and BAMMO, want to see ur car, press a number
