lol 1 - i'm sure if you had a house party some ppl from here (which will remain nameless) would show up for sure and keep u company 
2 - if he's just a friend don't stress about it like this, if he doesn't call you then it basically means he's busy and doesn't wanna chill... so just stop calling him, and save ur breath. There's nothing worse than when one person cares more about a 'relationship' than the other...
3 - not all 'boys' are like this, so don't try to blame this on the gender, and if it's the boys maybe it's time for some men lol
