thats kind of harsh, he should be there for you if he says he will. personally i would just deal with it, not talk to hime and let him realize there is something wrong and let him apolgize.. I'm sure you have plenty of other friends to chill with.. just forget about it.. people who aggrivate you shouldn't be apart of your life.. you deserve better than to have that.. noone deserves to feel like **** over someone who acts like a friend but cant be tehre for you
