Need some Ideas...

Wanna make an omlette for dinner

undecided b/w a tomato / bacon or ham and cheese or a western omlette.


or something else? post up what omlettes you like and ingredients

Egg, feta, sundried tomatoes, some herbs/spices. You can throw in your favourite cold cuts if you like meat in there. Won't need any sauces or **** like that.

Or you can make a frittata with some italian cured sausage (f'in awesome!).

The best omelettes, imho, are the ones they make fresh for you at the tropical resorts...probably because you're at a tropical resort. Bacon, ham, bit of tomato & red pepper, cheddar...nothing too fancy. (The one above that mentioned feta sounds delicious, too...)

In the morning I have 12 egg whites, one whole egg, 250g smoked turkey breast (shredded), 1cup skim milk, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 2-3 slices of fat free cheddar cheese.

Mix everything together, add salt and pepper, and put everything in a frying pan for 10 minutes.
