I have done about 4 weeks before and I've found the key is a few things:
First thing in the morning jump outta bed to avoid bed humping
Stop any "hot thoughtS"
Keep busy
and fight the it
but seriously when you do decide to release watch **** for like 1 hour straight then beat off...you will scream like a girl cause you will drop the best nut of your life..

Sean the day u start to drive again is the the ur 0.02 cents matters......btw keep the 2 cents and get insurance for your school bus

Because you just talk ****, pure and simple. 95% of what comes out of your mouth is bull****. And since when the **** does my car have anything to do with anything? Not everyone's parents pay for everything of theirs like you. Why don't you go pop some friggn chems and hit up Jarvis again. Mommy and daddy pay for that too?

correct me if i am wrong.......but the guy in "40 days and forty nights" is supposed to be attractive. so unless you're attractive enough to have girls flock at you it's not really that big of a challenge.

To make himself believe he had somewhat of a reason for not getting ***** without paying for it.
Since no girl would touch him, he watched the movie and thought it might make himself and others believe he was remaining abstenant for a real cause.
