are u some sort of raging alky that once alcohol touches ur lips ur addicted? and u cant stop? is that why ur doing this? or is it just some bet

lol, nah i like to drink thou :P usually it start thrusday - saturday... and going out to bars and clubs those days, its almost impossible not to drink... lol i dont know why ppl think that why... its like with ppl that smoke.. are you a raging smoker when u taste nicotine u need more... lol, its time to take care of my health...

i once tried to quit smoking, i went 10 hours, and 7 of those were sleep.

i quit rye long time ago, lol made me a different person,well thats wat the wife said anyway, ive not been smokin 4 about i dont know january sometime ,,all is good ,i do it so as to live a long healthy life ,,perfect reason. u can do it, just find another fix to fill it in .and for the people tellin ya to give up,,shame shame on them.

i just found out that my stepdad quit smoking sunday night....he'd been smoking for 20 years and just quit cold turkey! been a month so far and i couldn't more proud of him right now....that takes a lot.i only smoked for two years or something like that....and it was still pretty hard....i can only imagine what it was like after 20 years...

well i know that....my stepdad was always one of those super stubborn types....so when he does something like this it's always big for my family....

lol, i think my resolution will be broke 2nite... i went 5 days... lol the easiest 5 days of the week.. bars / clubs /girls just tooo hard to resist...

hey, good luck with quitting smoking and drinking. For the smoking, it may no work the first time ( i warn you) but dont be discouraged, if you really want to, it will eventually happen
