Let me report on my stay.... 
DON'T stay at the Hilton, I should have listened to Jay and gone to Embassy.
1. Payed for a Fallsview room.. couldn't see the falls. Called down to the front desk, the lady tells me I can see the falls. I tell her to come up and point them out to me, I can't see them from my window. Then she says "Sir, it's snowing" I'm standing at my window, it's not snowing. She says she will call the top floor to verify, I said call me back. She calls me back, and proceeds to tell me that the Fall's lights get turned off at 10, and that it has nothing to do with them. It was 10:15PM upon my arrival. I said "That information was not posted anywhere, and you guys knowingly took my reservation for a Fallsview room" It went on and on, then I got tired of it. Expressed my disgust, and made it very clear that they had just robbed me, and they were a bunch of criminals.
2. My jacuzzi was dirty. Enough said, this was the Hilton, not the Super 8 Motel.
3. Valet was $20, self park was $20... both at the same lot, 3 Blocks away.
Overall, I was far from impressed - I am now officially boycotting those fu<kers. I did hide an open carton of milk behind the TV though, which was the only thing that made me feel better. It was not viewable from any angle. Can't wait till it rots and they can't figure out where the hell that smell is coming from.
At checkout time, I voiced my complaints once again. The best they could do was apparently refund me the $20 for the parking. I made a scene, I felt better. I also made it very clear that I would ****** hateful words about the Hilton, I will keep my promise.

The Falls are over rated anyway. The charge you extra fro the room, but unless they have the lights on, its too dark to see them. The Hiltons pool was pretty nice from what I remember. The Double Tree is still the best IMO.
