I started when I was 16 and I am pretty much smoke free now. I think the problem is also who you hang out with. Ever since i've stopped hanging around my smoker friends it's been a lot easier. You will notice the difference in your wallet, I've now started saving in my RRSP all the money I spent on smokes, Thats an extra $120/month that will pay of in the end.

bbarbulo I find it easier to bum a smoke off a friend or pay him per smoke that way you don't have access to a full pack.
