Nissan Skyline sighting...

I saw a very nice looking dark grey Nissan Skyline R32 today on the 403 between Burlington and Hamilton around 3pm...

Broken down in the fast lane where there is no shoulder. LOL

There was some guy and a girl walking down the highway about a kilomter away, so I assume it was the owner. I can't imagine finding parts for a 15 year old car imported from Japan can be that easy.

I guess owning an ikon and a piece of automotive history does have its downfalls.

I don't find R32's appealing at all. How come you didn't pick them up y0.

That would really suck because I don't think its like Hondas where there are many interchangeable parts between usdm and jdm engines.

I spotted a Skyline too...on a commmercial for a charity, lol. I think it was united way or covenant house or something. It shows a kid playing baseball but when he hits the ball it changes to him smashing the window of an old skyline.

I think I know who you're talking about, I've talked to him a few times, even let me sit in his car.

skyline parts are easy to find.
alot of parts are interchangable between other model nissan's so its a breeze to get. it would be really stupid to buy any car oversea's and have it shipped over if the automaker doesnt even have 1. the model in canada 2. if the automaker has disconinuted making parts for it and 3. you drive the car as a daily driver.

i dont really like the styling of the r32 too much but facts still remain r32 and r34 were the best of the skyline's. so cant argue with that.

An R32 is all you'll find due to the 15 year rule. I saw an R32 GTS in Mississauga about 2 weeks. Pretty cool.
