I turn my phone off ... whenever asked too ...

like in an airplane. it's not going to work anyways at 40,000 feet, so I might as well conserve the battery

when I'm in a hospital, I'm probably there for some reason and really don't need to get a call.

I have Voicemail if they need me they can leave a message and I'll get back to them when I feel like it.

I find it surprising that so many people have cell phones with voicemail but can't bring themselves to turn it off at a time when they probably don't need it on. I've seen people rush to answer calls when in the middle of a good conversation or at dinner or something.

then I wonder why people have voicemail.

THen I smile because I work for a phone company and I know that you having voicemail means your paying more.

It's especially amusing when an individual has some loud, unusual and embarrassing musical ringtone...and the ensuing fumble to get the phone and answer it, asap.

Oh wait...that's me.

(jk...vib mode.)

Actually phone's that are on, and not in flight mode can **** up shiet. They cause radio interference with the comunications! Also in waiting room of Dr. office as long as its on vib. and your not talking like a ***** from a gossip column or in the waiting room of a hospital i don't have issue's. Once inside I think off (in hospital) should be done. If you want to argue that it doesn't mess things up and yetta yetta-blah blah, I'm not getting into that, as you cannot guarantee it doesn't effect things. Also just out of respect you should be talking on it in the hospital. In movie theaters.... TURN THAT ******* SHIET OFF!!! I've gotten into enough arguments and fights over some stupid ***** talking-LOUD- on the cell phone while your trying to watch a movie!!!

Hahaha! Excuse us Mr. Fee for interfering with your important phone conversations. What could you possibly have so important to talk about that "they" are interfering with your phone? LMAO!
