they werent willing to give up anyone....so no interest
apperently they were looking at julio lugo , but wouldnt give up any prospects

i think the team is okay for a run....though the obligatory july slump is killing us!

I think we're a bit ****ed. The team has been doing the same thing since April. Good at home, bad on the road. A largely inconsistent and injured pitching staff with awesome bats.

Oh well no moves isn't that bad.. I don't think we'd even be able to make a move for a post season birth anyway. I am satisfied with what we got when the season is over and there are more options open via free agents,etc. Its a shame we had the injuries to Burnett and Chacin. Otherwise it might have been a different story.

man... i know you torontarians are dedicated to your teams... but honestly... you really think the jays are gonna do somethin?? theyv been fu<ked since 93... iv lost hope anyways... jus like iv lost faith in the leafs
