i just rented forza 2 and nfs prostreet and of course the first cars i went to race were civics, in forza i tryed a JDM EM1 and no vtec! nfs a 2008 civic si and NO VTEC i love forza but no vtec = lame lol

just wanted to put that out there

I've almost beat forza 2, got it at christmas. Best car game I've ever played, I'm addicted...lol.

The em1 does have vtec. What kind of sound system do you have hooked up to your 360?

I have a 5.1 surround sound set up and you can definitely hear vtec, even when the engine is stock. It's not as "off and on" as it is in real life but it's definitely there. Especially if you mod the car. The B16 (engine in the em1) has the most noticeable vtec sound of all the honda motors in the game.

When my car hits vtec, it hits at 5600 then gets super loud around 6000 which is exactly what the b16 does in the game when fully modded.



And oh yeah, nfs pro street....YUCK! LOL.

Yeah prostreet is a brutal game. I haven't tried forza 2 yet though. It came with my 360 but it's just been sitting there. I got PGR4 for christmas so I've been playing that.

All these ppl playing arcade car games when they are missing out on the awesomeness that is forza 2......I don't get it. Doesn't anybody else like real driving sim games?

The only arcade style car game I will play is burnout paradise.

jokes. I gave up on video gaming after my ps2. I stilll play gt4 now and then but thats about it.

He didn't say he didn't like it, he said he was disappointed that he couldn't hear vtec.



I love racing civics and other cars like that in games like these because it's pretty cool when you can smoke a ferrari F430 with an eg hatch!
