Not sure about the Yankees and the Mets, but one thing is for sure, the Jays had another disappointing season.

injuries (halladay, johnson, zaun, chacin, burnett, ryan)

lack of offense (looking @ you vdub), or lack of good pitching (looking at you scott downs)

basically there were stretches of inconsistancy.

I'm surprised how well the Jays bullpen has held together considering it was upended by B.J Ryan's injury.

And speaking of Wells I think he's a bit of an *** for hiding that injury. I'd rather him go on DL and have return at 100% rather than having a very mediocre season. Who knows, Thomas might have the same thing too.

if Gay-Rod stays hot the yanks will go far.. their pitching blows but they got some heavy bats... I like the Angels though.. they play some good small ball
