if JO CB4 can stay healthy... i think we can get to the semi's at least....

the raps rely too much on shooting.... its a habit sam's been trying to break....

i think thats a big factor in the raps success this year too

This will determine if Mitchell is a good coach or not. Team has been trimmed down and they have a legit big man, so no excuses this year. The only x factor for me is Bargnani. He has to step up to make a huge diff on this team. There will be injuries no doubt, it's a matter of who gets hurt and how the team adjusts. Every NBA team faces that possibility.

Raps should use Paul Winsper, sport specific fitness trainer that works for TFC

the man is a legend.

Yeah, Bargnani is definately an x-factor. It looks like (from what Ive seen in the P/S) that he's gaining some confidence back. Obviously, we will see what really happens in the regular season though.

It's going to be a big year for us. Hopefully humphries can bring some energy off the bench this season, kindof like a baby davis or jason maxsell? (the guy on the pistons).

The reason for that is, Mitchell has asked him for practices and the first two or three pre-season games, not to shoot any three's. They also gave him some stuff he was suppose to work on in the off season for his game. He also had surgery for his sinuses. Apparently he was getting sick all the time and it was sapping his energy.

With all of that being said, we will see what the outcome is from his bulking up(he gained 15 lb) and what they asked him to work on in the off season

i hope the raps have a good year this year besides all the other toronto teams being a big disappointment, there looking pretty good in pre season if JO and bosh stay healthy all year the raps should def be in the top 4 this year in the conference, i cant wait till the home opener i was lucky enough to get front row seats

rocky start but we rocked it the final 3 quarters.

But then again.. it looked like we were playing a high school team. We'll see how we play against the pistons. The next two games are against the bucks and warriors (meh)

if the roster stays the same and sam mitchell keeps coaching

37-45

If coleangelo fires mitchell and we make a couple of trades for some slashers

44-38
