Tony Parker out indefintily.... I think that the chances of Damon heading to Texas look a lot better now.

vaughan will play point, and brent barry who would of backed up vaughan is out another 3 weeks.... so all signs point to them signing stoudamire.

a very small part of me wants stoudamire. it would be interesting. But when/if ford does come back. do you think they'll bump calderone back to number 2 point guard. I say he's definately earned the start position

I have a sense that he may not come back for the rest of the year, but I know they also need someone inside to help rebound cause they aren't getting any better in that department.

AGREE
REBOUND = HUGE PROBLEM!!!
you got a 7 footer named bargnani who stands around like a dman post! I mean he's an alright shooter (when he gets warmed up) but dont waste the height

i'd start TJ... calderon is better with the 2nd unit because he can create chances for them

Calderon could play the entire game almost every night though

He should stay on as a starter with the way he's been playing.

Yes, but then you have this issue with players meshing. They have tried doing that and it doesn't work as well. TJ isn't as effective coming off the bench as Jose is. Also, the way Calderon is going now with the added time, eventually he is going to hit a wall, and you don't want that before playoffs start. He needs help eventually.

Damon coming to toronto seems unlikely now that TJ is coming back to practice, seems he will either be in Phx or SanAnton. If I were him, i'd o go to Phx. Barbosa to the 2, Stoud at the backup to Nash..beats being a potential 3rd fiddle in SA.

I don't think it was even an option. Colangelo is all about making things fit, not just talent, but personalities. I don't think Damon fits that roll. Damon to PHX, meh, I don't know about that either, but we will see.

On another note, will be interesting to see what the Nets do with Kidd.......

It will be very hard to move him because of his contract, and Nets are going to want something in return that will help them, not just to dump Kidd because he wants to be traded.
