i'm in an organized pool done through CBS, just with people I know.

we each pay 100 bucks at the start of the season and if you win a week outright you get paid 100...or obviously it can be split up.

all of last season i only ended up with 25 bucks cause I split one week

it's cool, gets you in the game more
