sherk was amazing last night!!!!!! he took so many knees to the head and it was like they had no effect!

Sherk is a tank but I dont like him.. but his training is the top tier. He never stops.

Kimbo faught on the 23rd and won. He called out tank and they are going to be fighting some time in september I believe is what I heard. Tank wanted to fight him in the parking lot.. lmao.

yes, fedor > him easily.

look where fedor has fought and he's never lost

his only loss was due to an injury and shouldn't even really count.

news is that if cro cop beats kongo him and Nog are fighting next

rematch from their title fight in Pride when that ****er Nog got an armbar on cro cop after cro cop beat the **** out of him for the first ten minutes

man i almost cried lol

CC beat the **** out of him literally non-stop for 10 mins

finally landed a nice left high kick followed by a punch which put Nog down and the bell rang right when CC pounced on him to finish him off

Second round Nog was recharged somehow and took CC down...CC really had no ground skills back then and got caught in an arm bar in what looked like was going to be a perfect rollout from underneath Nog but somehow nog held on for it and won

it was insane
