finally landed a nice left high kick followed by a punch which put Nog down and the bell rang right when CC pounced on him to finish him off

Second round Nog was recharged somehow and took CC down...CC really had no ground skills back then and got caught in an arm bar in what looked like was going to be a perfect rollout from underneath Nog but somehow nog held on for it and won

it was insane

I can imagine all the crovats going crazy in the 1st round at the bar and then in the 2nd once he lost, they all would be saying the fight should have been stopped because of the unrulely beating he took.

buhahaha I saw this.. Nog took a beating.

I believe Herring (i dont like him either) never had Nog Ko'ed. Nog was never limp and defending himself. And Nog started getting Herring in his guard and herring did not want any part of that so he stood up..Maybe a mistake but I guess he did not want to be in Nog's Guard.. thats my guess anyway.

P4P Fedor is #1 no doubt about it... He is so well rounded and has only one loss by a cut. He had a rematch and wrecked the guy.

Penn is #2.. imo.

Faber needs to fight some really top notchers at 145..

Sherk and Franca Test Positive, Both Facing Suspension and Fine
LAS VEGAS,

July 19 - Today, the California State Athletic Commission released information stating that UFC Lightweight Champion Sean Sherk tested positive for the banned substance Nandrolone Metabolite and that lightweight contender Hermes Franca tested positive for Drostanolone, also a banned substance, in drug tests following their five-round fight on July 7th at UFC 73 in Sacramento, California.

Both of these substances are anabolic agents, and both fighters face a possible fine and suspension by the CSAC.

"Our policy on fighters using steroids, illegal drugs or any banned substance remains the same - you cannot use them,” said UFC President Dana White. “It's not only unhealthy and unsafe, it is against the law. The UFC fully supports the commission's efforts and we will continue to take measures that keep this sport clean and keep the athletes safe."

He's not a juicer, i've met him before. He walks around daily at 185, his nutrition and training is ridiculous.

Did i say i know him? No. I said i've met him. Maybe if you were able to comprehend basic reading skills you would excel better in life. And he trained where i do for a week when Bas Rutten was in town for the record. Sherk is a monster; there are no if, and's or buts about it.
