I think this is a really good point. after all the earth was way warmer in the time of Dinosaurs.. it's a known fact that the world has been through many different periods of heating and cooling. however not enough data is around to say what is normal, I think thats the big question, is this warming normal for the planet? in the last 10 years it has warmed up at a very acclerated rate.

20-25 years is a long time i heard that the states might be underwater even sooner then expected espacily california their whole west end coast is goint o seperate from the rest of the land,flodia is goin to be pretty much under water including new york.. all the icebergs r melting including the snow in high mountains..in a way this is scary cuz it looks like alot of people might die form this and there be very little land

ya i'm sure you can d/l it...

alot of stuff about global warming is speculation... the earth is way older than we are... how the heck are we gonna use the last 10 yrs and say it's all humans fault...

another example is just think of how many gasses are emitted by a volcano when it erupts or even just by being active....

why are we as humans so arrogant to think that we have such a large influence on the earth... we're just visiting here, we don't own this planet, it owns itself...

Imo....I don't believe there was an ice-age. More like a huge-a$$ flood perhaps?

But we're not gonna turn this thread into "10% of earnings...who gets it?" thread.

The thing is, there is alot we don't know about our planet. We have only been recording global temperatures for the last 100-200years or so...the earth very well could be going through some kind of cycle we don't know about......There is infact a hole in the ozone....we better do something to stop this, no? But are we causing the earth to warm up?.....imo it's still speculation.

and we're complaining that the winters aren't as cold?!?!?!?

I'm spraying an aerosol can into the atmosphere as we speak, i'll do my part to contribute to warmer winters.

if you stop repeating misinformation from your failed cult it won't. Just like government, it's better to keep religion out of anything involving some sort of thought process.

There are a number of things a lot of people don't consider.

-we get closer to the sun everyyear (little by little)
-the sun could be changing temperature (more gas could be burning)
-continents could be moving at a faster rate and releasing more magma into the environment
