how the HELL is it 8 degrees in St. Catharines on December 11 2006?

I wanna go ice fishin' this year! Anyone know if Nippissing is frozen over yet, calendar bay specificallly.

yea man nothing is freezing .. i dont mind it .. but at the same time ... snow days come in sooo handy sometimes
