Old cell phones
#6
well old phones were called 3 watt phones ... at bell we joke about them being personal protection devices because they are big and heavy and you can knock someone out with one.... as phone get newer from this first gen they reduced the wattage of the phones from 3 it went to 1 watt and now phones are 0.6 watt phones... the higher the wattage the better the reception.. the heavier they weigh.

1 customer service is a revolving door (I don't work there I work in wireless ops) so I think you'd be able to get a job there I'll look around.... as for getting a 3 watt phone LMAO
yes I do have the 3 watts sitting on my desk as paper weights (actually tyhey still work) as for getting you one... a few thing I work for bell and I don't even get deals, and 2 the AMPS network is going to be shut down in a year or so since we now have CDMA and !XRTT being rolled out... with AMPS shutting down the 3 watts will only be paper weights..
in the famous phrase of you get what you pay for... Bell mobility plans are the most expensive out of the 4 big companies, however the only time my cell hasn't been able to pick up the network (I have a current 0.6 watt) was when I put it in a strong box. as for telus and rogers and microcell(LMAO) well telus and rogers have holes in there network ... we at bell have a guy whose job it is to test to make sure our coverage is better.... all he does it drive around with 4 cell phones connected to testing equipment.
ok I work for bell I'm biased towards their products.... true more phones they sell the better chance I have of keeping a job (if all bell customers went else where bell would lay off employees it's only natural) however the report of "holes" or places where you can't get service, came from friends of mine that had the other companies phones...
also for ontario (where most of are) bell has the largest coverage area and the most advanced network..
take this as just information I'm not trying to sell anyone a phone, once again I don't work in customer service...
also for anyone that does have a bell mobility cell and is a paid TCC member if you want tech support you got it....TCC PAID meber only.... everyone else call 611 on your cell
