Well if its fallsview neither myself or Mike (DumbasSi) will know any questions.
Fallsview is run by the government and governed by the government but it is privately owned.
Or something like that.

Both myself and Mike work at Slots at Racetracks.
Not privately owned and completely run etc by AGCO/government.

So in other words if it is at either of the 2 casinos in Naigara.
They will probably have different types of interviews.

Also.
I have had 3 different interviews within my casino and one at another casino and all of the interviews have been different.

For my department they have changed the type of interview 2 times since I started working for them.

Meh.
Not too sure about a Slot tech.

Probably just ask questions as to whether or not he knows anything about slot machines.
A few questions about past experience and how it might relate to the job.
And the big question...Why he thinks he would be a good asset to the company.
etc etc etc.

Yeah, what Adam said. Because the big commercial casinos are privately run, I'm sure their interview process is different then ours. The OLGC owns them, but the private companies run them.

For a tech interview, I know they ask questions about electronics. I had a tech interview a while ago, and I actully had to write a written test with math and electronics questions including diagrams.

They will probably ask questions like "tell us about a time when you dealt with a diffacult customer or co-worker" "Describe a situation when . . . ," "Give me an example of . . . ." "Give me a specific example of a time when you had to work on a team project with someone with whom you did not get along." Those types of questions.

Like Adam mentioned, they have changed they way the interviews are conducted. Just make sure you tell him to wear a suit, lose any excessive jewelry and be early.
