i dont think it's actually a 3rd toe. it just looks like a bump...like maybe a calloused bump. it might just look like an extra toe b/c of the angle that her foot is on. i dunno. maybe it's a partial toe. she has big boobies.
especially the ones that have fingers for toes. like whats up with that?
