yeah mine's been up and working for over a year now...

just too lazy to post a screen shot...

steve says it works on his but not on other peoples...

steve - does everyone have the same version of outlook?? i.e. 2003??

also does it only mess up when they try to open your e-mail? or when they open a new e-mail to send with their own sig in it?

When they compose a new email, and when that person sends an email with that problem, and the receipient opens that email, they will get that error as well.

but the thing is, it only does it on some of the computers here, not all....

i'm using html and word, and both will not work......


I have the email set to HTML as well.

that's really weird man....

when in doubt just kick the monitor off the desk.. that usually fixes it 9 times out of 10

then the monitor would just hit the wall

Plus the monitors are less than 1 month old, the computer may be alot older than that tho

Are you linking to the logo locally on your computer to send each time with the email?

If so upload it to an image site then link to it that way, normally works better.

my computer is fine.

Its when I try to setup the signature on the other peoples computer.


The logo is on our networks open server. Its only on a couple computers that it will not work on and I have a really good feelings its the security settings or something like that.

I have already ruled out the "administor" setting because it works on a couple other computers that do not have the administrator setting.

ok, i'm fixing the problem now.

I have to edit ALL the signatures on their computer in frontpage. So that means I had to install frontpage on alot of computers

that really dont fix the problem cuz whoever you send email to without frontpage will have that same error thats generated on your end...but whatever helps you sleep better at night
