YES totally worth it, gonna do it again this year.

So your just buying, living for awhile and doing some work to it and then selling? That is a nice chunk of profit for only a years time. I guess it becomes risky as well when a sale depends on the market, etc. Well done I'm just jealous of the whole pool thing... I was giving it some thought just now and I came to the conclusion that I hate you!

yah, this was my first one, and I was lucky because it was a private sale. But you're right, there is huge risk involved. Its still the best investment I could make though, show me a single stock I could buy that could give me that much return for my money in a year?

Oh and Steve, how can I afford to buy??? Its called saving every penny I made for 3 solid years.
