On a house its even crazier..I bought my house for like 505 by the time I moved in it was selling for around 560ish and now is getting close to 600k and this is only after 2.5 years.

Yep when I grew up in Guelph & Kw new houses were like 150ish then I moved to T.O and they were like 500-600K

600K in Guelph would have an indoor pool and indoor basketball court..LOL

Live with parents. Theres no way I could live on my own right now. For example, when my parents left for 3 days, the house was completely trashed, no food, liquor bottles all over the lawn and there was a duck living in the bathroom.

Left home at 17 did room and board for 2 years, moved back home, moved to residence for a semester for school, dropped the program, moved in with the boyfriend at his parents, now in 3 weeks moving away again to rent while going back to school !

Own house with an acre and own 200 acres across the road that I rent out to the local SOD giant that supplies a fair amount of SOD to the GTA. Selling the field next year since land taxes are starting to going up, stupid city people moving into the area
