actually there is a problem with his claim ....
there is a company in australia that is also selling land ... so they will end up sell too much ... more then there is...
second issue
standard territory claim can only be made by sticking a flag of your country in the soil and declaring it for your country. the only flags stuck intot he moon surface is the USA flags .. however they declared the moon to be under the ownership of all the people of earth. Mars and the rest of the planets have not been visited and therefore cannot be owned... This is standard land claiming that was used on earth (and still is for undiscovered/ unclaimed islands) this is the practice that should be used for the rest of the planets when we go there. while yes we have seen that imperilialism doesn't work on earth and once a colony is up and running and self sufficiant they should become an independant state on that planet. this is all pretty cool stuff
