PACER EVENT - Sun Nov 2/03

Hey everyone

haven't been on these boards in ages. . .
was just lurking around and thought i'd post up a topic.

Is anyone going to that PACER event this Sunday coming up???

Its being held at FORMULA HONDA and registration is $5.
Also, there will be media coverage as well and I heard they were making a DVD of this event. I just hope it doesnt rain. I know the weather hasnt been too promising lately and its getting cold as well which totally sucks.

If u need more info, i believe its posted in the SGR forum with more details regarding the event.

I'll be there shooting for Sport Compact Tel.

Do you live in the Leslie and John/Greenlane area? I saw your ride a few weeks back at a house there.

I think you can register when you get there??

but dont quote me on that cuz i really have no clue.

I registered through one of my team mates about a week ago . . . .maybe if you check their site?? i dunno...

but its a $5 registration fee. . im pretty sure u can register anytime, its not that big of an event. And the money is for charity so im assuming that they'd want to get more money from ppl who decided last minute that they want to put their cars in the show.....

Since I can't get into the SGR site, I'm wondering, what is this event?
drag racing? show and shine? auto-x?

so i'll just breifly tell u what its about...

from what i know, its a show n shine, charity thingy + tons of media. . PAS MAG, CITY, SPORTS COMPACT TEL (as the guy mentioned above), etc. . . .

thats about as far as i know. . i really havent been keeping myself posted about this....

maybe u should just check out PACERS event schdule or something..im pretty sure u can find someone about it online???

just so you all know the pacer event has been cancelled
i just spoke with the organizer and due to some of the sponsers pulling out and lack of entry's the show will not be on this weekend but will be put back on some time in the new year.
