I have had major problems with mine. I had an account get sent to collections for some money that was owed.....no biggy, I paid it right away. About a month later, I get an email from them stating that I can now withdrawl my money. Not knowing what this is about, I log into my account and see that I have a positive balance of $350. I have no idea where it came from so I called customer service (no 1-800 number, mind you) and they explained that I overpaid the collections department and that they sent the money back to get credited back to me. Knowing that there isn't any major issues with the money, I decide to transfer the money out of my account and into my bank. Well, 2 months go by and no money has been transfered. I log in to see what is going on, and guess what......my account is been suspended and I can't even gain access to see the balance or transaction history. After waiting on hold for about 25 min (again, no 1-800 number), I get told that they can't do anything to my account until I follow the instructions given to me through an email. I check my email and they say that they can't open my account to inquires until I pay them the $15 US that I supposely owe them. And even after I pay the money, it's still going to be 2 months before they can open it. So I have no idea what the $15 is for, and they won't tell me, but I have to pay it to get my $350, if it's even there. The email from Paypal said that the money has been owing for over 4 months now........but if that is the case, why did I have a positive balance??? It's one big scam I tell you!
