I was there again today.
I got to see the rest of the house...simply amazing. Now I wish I had money like that.
The owner has a special Library with 2 floors, one with a few expensive chairs sitting in front of a wall of books, and below it in the open area they have a piano and bar with huge windows overlooking the yard, very elegent.
There is also a small doorway that goes into a relaxation room/HT room. All windows have electric blinds on them controlled by a switch, so the room goes pitch black and a projector screen comes down to watch movies, very pimpish.
This is just HT Room 1. I saw another HT room atop the indoor pool area that has about 12 movie theatre style seats in it, with 3 seats per row, and each row is elevated above the next just like a theatre. Amazing.
All the rooms are so nice in this house.

The coolest part I thought, is that in one of the kids rooms I saw denon stereo components and Mission speakers for the kids stereo system. This kid is not even in his teenage years yet and he has a stereo that rivals most adults.
