Yes! Definately the condo fee is usually included in the rent. My ex rented a 1 bedroom condo in Scarborough back in 1997 and it was included. I believe she paid $900 all incl. except cable and phone.

Hey, I know ur looking for a place in sauga, but there is a place by my folks that just went up for rent, one bdrm basement apt, i believe its going for about $700 area + hydro. Its at dundas and neilson drive right at the border of mississauga, easy access to 427, qew, 401, downtown sauga and toronto. very nice place in a 5 plex, no children, I think the youngest in the building is the landlords daughter, she is 23ish. the landlord lives in one of the units so you dont have to go far for help if needed. The place is very clean and very quiet. if ur interested, let me know and i can take some pics for you and get the actual price.

based on my experience with high rise condos, that woubd be tough. 9/10 condo owners have typically one spot....very few may buy an additional one or in an exclusive building, penthouses may come with two spots.

good if you can find a place that includes two but chances are you wont. then again...an additional spot can be rented for about 50-100 bucks a month depending upon location / building.

ed...your criteria is kinda tough

I appreciate the offer, don't think we'd be interested.. it's a bit out of our range as far as geographically where we want to be, and we're not really looking at basement apartments anymore. Thanks though

lol... very tough I know... the only way I think to make it easier is to up the budget... it's almost impossible for me to find out if people are just renting out parking spots too.. like for a specific building.. cuz even if we find a place where we love and there is only 1 parking spot then it won't/can't work...

^^ if you like a place, ask their security or management if they can issue you an extended guest parking permit. that way..you can move in and keep looking for a rental spot...and in a condo...there will always be someone renting them out.

you can also post your own WANT TO RENT ad on them billboards inside the building.

that's a good idea... how lenient are security and management? I mean, that's a chance that we could take, but could end up screwing us up in the end.. like what if there are absolutely no spots, and say management gave me a month to look for one?... damn.... so stressful

That's crazy. Condo fees usually run around $300-$500/month depending on location and building. So, let's say the rent is $1000 (that being generous), you're looking at average $1400 a month. That's mortgage y0!
