I was referring to the comment that only white suburban people sign up to the police force.
What I'm saying is someone should look into why is that the case?
Why don't asians, or italians, etc. try/sign up for the force? Is it looked down upon culturally or what?

I don't know if it's me or what, but as of late, I've been seeing a lot of rookie cops out there that are representing the visible minority. I rarely see white cops anymore. I think it's all a plan from the TPS. Hire all visible minorities right now when most of the whities they hired back in the days are moving up in the rankings, that way, you see the white cops/supervisors giving orders to the minority cops. Isn't it the way it is now everywhere in every workforce out there?!? From office workers to factory workers. Makes ya think, don't it?

i love to be a cop, but not a stupid street cop, but more of a detective or undercover drug squad kinda ****

Not all gays are tutty fruity nail breaking cry babies haha. It's cool that their seeking them out for jobs within the police force. I bet the gay cops will be alot nicer than some of the ******** out there right now that's for sure
