Adrian, it is the same thing, but this is the final sign up list, because most people back up and not show on the actual day of event. I have added one more person to the list as per Sal's request, and I believe that is you?

Does that mean you wish to come or not? I do believe two threads are a bit comfusing. However, I also expect those who wish to join take the time and review their option and update their status.

It is no trouble at all for me to add 1 or 2 more person. I just need to know before 4:30PM.

We will all meet at Commerce Gate at 7:00PM or there about. Since everyone signed up for the photo shoot. We can stay at CG and move out to KBBQ location a little after 9:00PM or 9:15. Regardless where we end up (because photo shooting might take place more than one location), we should always try to be at the final KBBQ no later than 9:30 and look for parking.

Those who have came out to KBBQ events with me in the past know that I always leave early and ensure that we reach there before 10PM and get sitted as soon as possible. Last thing I want is to see you all stand and wait for nothing.

McCowan north and meet Hwy 7.
Hwy 7 west past 404, first light turn right (Town of Richmond Hill City Hall is on that street)
First entrance, turn right and head towards the end. It is in the back of the plaza, after Moxie.
