(Ie. Tints. "All windows except front can be tinted. sides windows can be tinted as dark as a driver wants, but police must be able to see inside. Cost: $250-300
Then in the article they talk about how some laws are left up to the officers discretion. This doesn't make ANY sence as one officers eyes might be better then anothers and they might not be able to see aswell. One officer might say it's ok but another might not.
If you see the paper and the way it's set up it makes ALOT more sence then just reading the text on the NET. Go get a paper and check it out.
This is one article I'm KEEPING.

I have had my red rims on my car for 4 days.
I have been pulled over for a "routine stop" 3 times in those 4 days..
No speeding tickets, no excessive noise tickets, just routine.
WTF are they looking for..
Just checking insurance and liscence, so they say.
I got asked about my brakes once and was released every time..
Time to buy a "vette"..

The past few days I've had a my fair share of bar looks from people. I feel like screaming '**** off, I don't race and my car is an automatic.'
I glad to see something positive for once but it's one acticle. I know lots of people selling their cars cause they've had enough of the crap.
Aaron, I've been pulled over the past 2 weeks twice now for my 'loud muffler' and I'm not hammering it or anything.
It's going to be a long summer guys.

This is one of the best articles in a long long time.
Finally a look from the other perspective. It's good to see that the Chief Executive of the PACER (ERASE) program knows what he's talking about. The best quote from the article has to be
"A very large number of cars that are modified are not being used for street racing activity.... It's really a few individuals who ruin it for a lot of people."
Now if only the entire police force would listen and smarten up...
I'm definitely keeping a copy of this article in my car that's for sure!
