HEy and no u don't need a dvd burner,only to copy the ps2 games from blockbuster u need a dvd burner. U also need a ps2 chip to play the games,i can get ps2 games for anyone ..15$ a game...

dvd burner not needed, what you do need:

1. ps2 with chip
2. regular cd burner
3. download games from news groups/ other internet sources such as mirc


only thing with this way is you lose the in game movies...and some times sound...
