THIS IS ALL YOU HAVE TO KNOW...PS3 IS FREE ONLINE...and most gaming is done online...PS3 is a complete package you dont need to guy any add-ons...GRAND TURISMO(that alone is a good reason) the controllers(that alone is another reason)...
PS3 will not disapoint...you can also use ur ps3 as a computer and go online and do w.e...u can plug in keyboards basically use ur computer accessories...like headphones mic camara ECT...

360 all the way... no great ps3 games out that arent out for the 360 as well... when comparing the same game side by side 360 is better in all categories.. (yes i have compared them side by side) and people were saying that the 360 was using its max potential and ps3 wasnt? wasnt it the other way around? or atleast a year ago it may have been... and even theen the 360 still looked better.. (this is when i made that side by side comparison btw)... sure the 360 has had some technical issues.. but they were worth the wait to fix.. when u get the parts back for ur 360 u just shrug it off and start playing online again

My brother got a Wii this past xmas. Its very enjoyable to play, esp since Im not a big console player to begin with, but I really get into Wii. Played 360 and it was ok, but didnt have the same draw that Wii has.

I just lol'd at all the hardcore game player comments regarding the wii. Most people have better things to do than do hardcore gaming. With all the get active ads they have youd think people would want to do more with their life instead of play video games

No doubt I would buy the PS3 just for the bluray feature, considering most stand alone blu ray players are the same if not more.

Id have to have a true 1080p TV to enjoy it though.

I'd have to say for a media center and hardware features, ps3 is better. But if I'm buying a game system, I'm buying it to play games, not watch movies, plug in computer accessories, and all that jazz - that's what computers are for. Xbox 360 is better for playing games, and is a better game system. Emphasis on game system.

My buddy has several PC's in his basement...literally like a mini server farm and wherever he has an xbox in his house he just streams music/movies to it from the basement.
